What is CQC ? China Voluntary Certification Introduction
Besides the Compulsory Product Certification, China Quality Certification Centre is engaged in Voluntary Product Certification service (called CQC Mark certification). The products shall be verified to conform to the requirements of the standards of quality, safety, environment and performance only by using the CQC Mark its scope involves more than 500 products. The purpose of it is to protect consumers’ personal and property safety, and maintain consumers’ interests to improve the product quality of domestic enterprises and increase the product competitiveness in the international market to facilitate the smoother accession of foreign enterprises’ products into the domestic market. CQC as the body of earlier conducting quality certification activities shapes the brand as well-known certification body abroad. CQC Mark certification helps the enterprise get a well-known brand.
the cost of CQC
How much does CQC certification cost? CQC certification fees charged from the following five aspects:
- 1. Application fees: 600RMB, charged by CQC official
- 2. Registration fees: 1000RMB, charged by CQC official
- 3. Product test fees: the cost vaies in products
- 4. Annual fees: 5000RMB per year. The same applicant, the same manufacturer, the same factory and the same products only charged once, namely at the first time to get CQC certificate.
- 5. Factory inspection fees: Generally 2000-3000RMB /person each day in China. We provide factoryinspection counseling service and can tell you how to prepare quality system documents, aiming at helping you successfully pass the factory inspection and obtain the CQC certificate.
Among those, the cost of product testing and inspection varies greatly in products. The reasons as follows: 1. Different products will be tested by different directives. Different directives have different workloads. Accordingly, the cost is different. 2. The raw materials used by some manufacturers have not been certified by CQC. When the product is tested as a whole, the material without CQC certification needs to be tested respectively, and the cost will increase accordingly.
the procedures to get cQC certificate
1. Application:
You submit application to us. Here those documents including product electrical schematic diagram, product description and information table are required. More details, please contact us.
2. Product testing:
You make payment and offer 2 to 3 samples for test. If test fails, we will offer you the suggestion to debug and then test again.
3. Factory Inspection:
Since the factory is the guarantee of product safety, it is necessary to keep it clean andtidy. CQC inspector will review the documents and examine product quality.
4. Certificate Issuance:
Enterprises through the audit, obtain the corresponding CQC certification. Here it is necessary to note that it is the best to check the certificate in the official website of the license issuing authority. After getting the certificate, we will guide how to inquire. CQC official website can only query whether the product has passed the certification and can not query the relevant certification information.
